The building for the company Johnson Wax in Racine is one of the masterpieces of the great American architect. A job may be considered the most important piece of architecture created in America in the first half of the twentieth century. Wright deployed in this project a series of revolutionary ideas, related to the structural, building elements applied and monumental space generated in the service of a good working environment to enjoy workers and users.

Bradbury Building in Los Angeles

One of the most striking scenes of the film Blade Runner is one in which the replicant leader will visit your creator in your own home. This resides on the top floor of a Victorian building that presents decrepit and immersed in darkness threatening. It is the Bradbury Building, one of the most famous historic structures preserved in the center of the Californian city of Los Angeles.

Konstantin Melnikov built his experimental house in a neighborhood favorite of the Russian intelligentsia, Arbat. It was conceived as a model for new workers houses and aesthetics differs greatly from traditional Soviet residential architecture around. Today it has become the Melnikov House Museum.

Balkrishna Doshi is an Indian architect representative cultural synthesis between East and West. Having worked with Le Corbusier and Louis Kahn has been explored for decades the cultural traditions of its vast country trying to integrate both worlds in her research on local exercise a form of architecture.
The draft Sangath, to house its own professional office, and built between 1979 and 1981, is the best explanation of this effort of finding a contemporary expression of adequate space for the art of a particular nation. Nearly a personal emblem of the architecture for a specific country.
