The house is developed based on yards as a tradition that seeks to safeguard family life strangers. The house has a small program where minimum clearances discarding achieved greater interest and flexibility in use and where the bedrooms can be used as study sites and the main room as an art gallery.
The wall that forms the circulation spiral begins in the access network where electricity gets published and ends in a drop of water in the indoor pool. In turn, the tour takes place at street level and ends at the central courtyard 1,2 m.
