Habitat 67 is a residential complex that materialized as part of World Expo held in the city in 1967.
Large scale housing was one of the main themes of the Universal Exhibition, held in 1967. This complex would be designed as a test of integration into a building housing various types individually to improve the economy and residential density.
It was an attempt to illustrate in a practical alternative to the way people live in cities.
