Miki Leal, a hedonist South

My first trip to Venice as I did the year I started my architectural studies. I remember arriving at dawn to the Santa Lucia after a sleepless night in search of the wonders of the city. Leaving the Grand Canal surprised me a curious building whose dome had a peculiar glaucous green color. He belonged to the little church of San Simeone Piccolo.

Bleda and Rosa: scan time

The two artists have taken Bleda and Rosa photo format as the basis for reviewing the architectural history and archeology to search for remains and cultural deposits that stain our present. In the series called Stays in time grouped a set of images that represent pieces of those architectures in the past when we sense that we recognize elements as part of the culture in which we are immersed.

MBM Design Museum

Recently, have completed work on the new Museum of Design or Design Hub, the latest project of the Catalan team formed by MBM Arquitectes (Martorell, Bohigas y McKay, Capdevila and alongside Gual). This new cultural facility is incorporated into the remodeling of an emblematic city of Barcelona, Plaza de las Glorias, providing a strong building that presents a sculptural volumes.
